Sending emails from the web application

Do I need an external email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac…) to use email services?

No, you don't. Whether you choose E‑mail from Webglobe or Microsoft Exchange Online, you will also have a web client for access from a web browser.

How can I send bulk emails?

With Email from Webglobe, you can send bulk emails in the same way as in other mail applications – that is, you can enter up to 100 email addresses in the Recipient fields.

How do I add a domain to Exchange Online?

If you host the domain on Webglobe DNS, then customer support will add it to Exchange Online. If you do not have a domain registered with Webglobe, and therefore do not use Webglobe DNS, you will first need to verify that you actually own it.

How do I add users to Microsoft 365?

Make sure you have created mailboxes in Microsoft 365 for all users who have email in your domain before you change the MX record. Otherwise, these users without mailboxes would lose emails sent to their address in your domain after switching their domain to Microsoft 365.

How do I change my email password?

Log in to the domain administration at https://admin.webglobe.cz/

In the left menu, go to Email -> Mailboxes and click Edit for the mailbox whose password you need to change.

How do I get started with the Exchange Online service?

Log in to a desktop application like Word, Excel, or your inbox in your browser with the account that is associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. 

How do I redirect email to another address?

With this function, you can forward emails to a completely different, arbitrary address, either as a copy or directly – the email will only be in the target mailbox to which you redirect.

 

How do I set up an email account?

Once the service is set up, you can easily set up an email account in the Webglobe client administration. Just go to Emails – select the desired domain – and in the left menu, there is an option for Email inboxes. On this page, you will be able to create a new mailbox by clicking the Create new mailbox button.

How to choose the right email hosting solution?

It depends on the size of the organization associated with the domain. If you just want reliable email for dozens of users without any additional tools, FlexiMail is the right choice.
